[OpenSPIM] Missing PageNumber in TIFFs

Hi Bill,

PageNumber is not a required field for TIFFs. It is only intended for use
for documents produced by scanners. If you have software complaining about
this field being missing, then it is likely a bug in that software.

It would be helpful if you could provide a specific, minimal example,
including steps to reproduce, as well as a sample non-working file. See:
