[OpenSPIM] Missing PageNumber in TIFFs

Hi,


We are getting warning and error messages about 'pagenumber not found' in tiff files output from OpenSPIM. If we open them in MatLab or run Java apps, like Fiji plugins, we get messages like: "unable to determine 'TIFFTAG_PAGENUMBER'"


It's as if this is an expected bit of metadata to be found inside the tiff file, but is missing. I couldn't see an option in MicroManager to 'include pagenumber in tiff files'. Has anyone else had this problem, or could give a clue to fix it?
