[OpenSPIM] improving the wiki

Dear OpenSPIM builders,

I added a new section in Wiki:  
http://openspim.org/Setup_Extensions_and_Modifications

So far I only linked there the bright-field thing and the links for a  
shutter that I got from Jamie Flynn and Lloyd Handyside (thanks guys! I  
haven't made it yet but I have a student on it now). Mainly I want to add  
a description how I converted the OpenSPIM for big, cleared-tissue samples.

So, if you have anything to add that could save somebody else hours of  
deliberating and googling (this is me when I have to do anything remotely  
electronic), please do! During the LSFM2016 conference I saw that I'm not  
the only one treating OpenSPIM as a starting point instead of finished  
project, so I'm sure many of you have something to add.
