[OpenSPIM] Picard hi-res stage

Hi,

thanks to the help of Ulrik I was able to install and run the OpenSPIM  
plugin in my lab. When testing the Picard stage, I noticed following  
issues:

-integer range issue: I have bought the new Hi-Res Picard stage which can  
do 45 000 steps. However, in the OpenSPIM plugin I can only do 32 767  
steps (16bit integer range if I'm not wrong)

-display issue: the GUI of the plugin, I mean the window with the sliders  
for the stage, only shows range up to 9000 um, but the new Hi-res stage  
can do 12000 um. How can this be changed?

I think the first issue is already in the MManager driver for the Picard,  
the second in the java OpenSPIM plugin. Does somebody have the solution  
already or could gave me a hint what to do?
