I doubt the OpenSPIM plugin even knows about the existence of a high-res version of the stage, but we can incorporate that. I presume it gets recognised by MicroManager anyway, so could you please send me a screenshot of the Device Property Browser, especially the stage section? The info there would probably be quite helpful to discern between the two versions.
