[OpenSPIM] no structure in brain tissue image

Hello, everyone.

This is Yan.

I used my openSPIM to take images for CLARITY brain tissue,
and the results as shown in the attachment.
I cannot find any structure in these images.

Is there anyone knowing such condition?
What can I do to improve this condition?
