[OpenSPIM] Zebrafish embryo sample preparation

Hi, Nichelle,
We used a custom-made fish holder (see attached paper, suppl.,Fig.1) to
hold 5-7 dpf zebrafish in SPIM, while it's head and tail are free in water.
The holder surrounds the central segment of fish body (like a slit), and
holds him at place with a thin layer of agarose. Fish was paralyzed or
sedated with MS222, otherwise it would swim out. The agarose is used only
between the mid-body and the holder, and the rest of fish is surrounded by
water. Making the holder and mounting the fish are a bit tricky, but I am
happy to share details if anyone is interested.
