Hello,

Currently we are trying to find the best way to hold a prepared sample in
FEP tubing in the sample pulley so we can rotate it without shaking. We
have tried attaching the FEP tube to a syringe which sits on top of the
sample pulley and drilling a small whole through a rubber stopper, however
upon rotating the sample, there was a pretty dramatic shift. I was
wondering if there are deigns for the sample holder shown on the OpenSPIM
Wiki, or other suggestions for holding a sample prepared for longterm
imaging of live zebrafish.

Best,
