[OpenSPIM] z settle time

Since I have two laser lines on my SPIM, I use the Micro-manager multi-dimensional acquisition function rather than the SPIM acquisition window. One problem with this is no z-settle time button. To get around this, I always acquire a transmitted image before the GFP channel to allow for the sample to settle. The problem is that this doubles my file sizes. Is there a simple way to program a delay before acquisition to allow for sample settling after z movement?
