[OpenSPIM] perfusion and multiple lasers

Hello, 

A couple questions from newbie.  Has anyone who works with zebrafish tried gentle perfusion in the little chambers, say using fine needles and a syringe pump?  Adding drugs or refreshing medium during imaging could be quite useful.  

Separately, If anyone is using openSPIM with two lasers or more I would be grateful to talk off-list about how you implemented it.
