[OpenSPIM] orca er problem

I tried switching to Windows 7 64 bit from a windows 7 32 bit system.
Everything worked but my Orca ER began taking split images...the left
third of the image is spliced on to the right 2/3 if that makes sense. I
switched back to the 32 bit system, but the Orca problem persisted. I
switched out the Orca er, cables and control box for another we had on
hand and the problem persists. I re-installed micromanager/openspim and
the Hammamatsu DCAM driver and the problem persists. I installed a Windows
hotfix

The problem persists. Can anyone advise me?
