Hi Gabriel,

I was struggling a bit with the stitching step. In the end what worked
for me is:
first convert to tif using modified script from here:
http://openspim.org/Pre-processing

then use Grid&collection stitching with settings: type=[Grid:
column-by-column] order=[Down & Right]

It seems stupid to convert images to tiff and lose the metadata
contained in ome, but I get errors otherwise. :/ If anybody has a better
procedure, maybe they could describe it?

Regards,
Monika
