Seth/Johannes,

I've edited the OpenSPIM code to enable turning on/off and adjusting the power on multiple channels for a VersaLase. It's not how I'd like it to work in the longterm (haven't had time to work on it), but I'd be more than happy to share what I've done. Possibly the best would be to post my modified repository, otherwise I could send you the code, etc. Let me know your preference.

Cheers,

Johannes,

Thanks, I'll take a look at the git repo and move from there. I'll also start tallying the dependencies on Fiji and micromanager- see if I can help untangle if need be.

I've been lurking for years on the micromanager and imagej list and I've most certainly gained from the openness-not to mention all of the work you and others have put into OpenSPIM. So it will be nice to contribute for once-it's the least I can do. I'll be in touch, thanks again.

Seth
