Unfortunately, this is a part of the OpenSPIM software that was affected 
by a backwards-incompatible update in one of the libraries shipped with 
Fiji. I hope to find some time on Monday to prepare an updated OpenSPIM 
plugin that copes with that change, but in the meantime you could maybe 
verify that my suspicion is correct, by following the steps described in 
http://fiji.sc/Command-Line_Debugging to obtain the console output (if I 
am right, there should be a ClassNotFound or MethodNotFound exception in 
the log).
