Hi Johannes and Michael,
We're putting together a five line OpenSPIM and one of my goals was to get multichannel/multi laser control in the OpenSPIM plugin. I have a reasonable amount of Java experience-mostly imagej plugins. I was planning on tackle this in the coming weeks as more parts for our microscope arrive. I need to look under the hood of micromanager as well and look at the OpenSPIM source. If only time there was more time. In any event I'd be happy to start working on this-or, I'm going to have to start working on it soon!
Cheers,
Seth

Do you have such skills, or access to such a person? If so, I would try to find the time to identify the locations in the code that need changes.
