Hi Ulrik,
thanks a lot! So far I installed it on my office PC (also 64bit Win7) to
test it. Micro-manager starts from Fiji without any problems and the SPIM
plugin is listed in the menu. I have no devices connected in my office, so
I couldn't run the plugin anyway.
I only got one error message from Fiji:
CriticalError: plugins/Volume_Viewer-2.01.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
Multiple locally-modified versions of
plugins/Volume_Viewer-2.01.1-SNAPSHOT.jar exist:
C:\Users\MPAWLO~1\DOWNLO~1\mFiji\mFiji\plugins\Volume_Viewer.jar
But I told it to delete duplicates and that's it.
Only one comment: I noticed that the mFiji.zip file contains jdk1.6.0_24,
is this needed or just an artifact?
And again, thanks, I lost far too much time with it before I had the idea
to search the list archives.
Regards,
Monika
