Hi Hugo,
I have been using the multidimensional acquisition in MM as well for acquisition of multiple channels and found that it works well with the Picard twister, but I have to adjust the position of the twister motor with the openspim acquistion plugin. Maybe this was obvious to everyone else. My Orca ER appears to be synced with my Stradus laser and my Vincent shutter (543 HeNe laser). I am sorry that cannot advise you concerning your timing problem.
Good luck
mike

Hi Michael,
I saw your message on the OpenSpim website about using two colors. We want to do the same thing. We have 488, 405 and 561 nm lasers installed and we are trying to use the multidimensional acquisition in MM (since there is no multi channel acquisition in OpenSpim) in order to acquire at least two channels for each z-stack. Unfortunately I cannot help you with your problem since we are not using the twister, only stepping in z-direction. But I was wondering if you have some advice for us.. We have noticed that the MultiDimensional acquisition is out of sync for the camera and the lasers, did you connect the camera with the lasers using TTL connection? If so, did you use the camera as master or slave in your connection? Does it require an arduino curcuit or similar?
Many questions, but any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Kind regards,
Hugo
