[OpenSPIM] two colors with Openspim plugin

I have set up an Openspim microscope with a 488nm line and would like to add another laser. What is puzzling me is whether the Openspim plugin is capable of capturing two channels? I have added a 543nm gas laser and a shutter, but have been unable to set up channels in Openspim as one can easily do in micromanager. I can collect red and green channels in micromanager but cannot control the twister motor. Can anyone advise me?
