[OpenSPIM] Running SPIMAcquisition Code in Netbeans

This means that it cannot find the DLL that implements the
hardware-specific parts of Micro-Manager.

I believe that you can fix this problem by telling Netbeans to start
SPIMTestDrive with the environment variable PATH adjusted to point to the
directory of your installed Micro-Manager that contains the MMCoreJ.dll
file. I might be wrong, though :-(
