Hi Johannes,

I am sorry that you where not the right person to address my questions 
to. Of course forums can be helpful but after reading on the openspim 
homepage:

"Data processing
Browsing of OpenSPIM data with Fiji's BigDataViewer (coming soon)."

I simply thought that one of the programers associated with the openspim 
platform is working on this new plugin, that is specifically designed 
for spim data.
Little misunderstanding there.
