Hi Johannes.
Thanks for the note, I wasn't aware of this before. Please move the post to the appropriate destination.
Just wanted to know if anyone has tried SPIM for studying developmental biology of bacteria. I would be pleased to know the SPIM modifications required for Imaging bacteria. Such a modifications in the sample chamber/carriers.
Thank you,
Best regards
Kumar

Hi Kumar,
you posted a request on the OpenSPIM Wiki, but we do not use the Wiki as a forum. Instead, we use the OpenSPIM mailing list (Cc:ed). Let's move the conversation to the list?
Ciao,
Johannes

Articles for SPIM implementation for Biofilms
Hi all
I am Kumar from SCELSE(NTU) Singapore. I am here to follow the SPIM implementation for biofilms exclusively for bacterial communities.
I would love to see more articles discussing on several advances in this field. specifically on SPIM modifications, fluorescent probes, sample carriers and image analysis for bacterial imaging.
Here is one http://www.opticsinfobase.org/oe/abstract.cfm?uri=oe-10-2-145
Happy reading
Cheers
Kumar
