[OpenSPIM] SPIMage plugin_Stack at this Z plus

 Dear Luke,

I have an issue when clicking the button "Stack at this Z plus", it simply doesn't work.
I have noticed when I press the button and then release it, the button
remains pressed and of course there is no row added to the Position List.

I tried with the option "Insert Current Position" and it works. 

As I can remember I never had this issue using the no-updated version of Fiji.

I don't know if anyone is having the same problem?
