[OpenSPIM] lasers for SPIM

Hello Jan,
We have used both the Coherent CUBE and the OBIS (488ish nm, 50 mW) on
our system, and they work really well... BUT Diode lasers such as these
really do need a clean up filter, as there is a (unfortunately
unmeasurable) bit of parasitic green light in the range of the emission
of GFP/YFP.
Maybe someone from the Huisken lab can chime in to tell you about the use
of the Sapphire, as it does not have the same characteristics as the CUB
or OBIS.
