Hi Michael,
Thanks for your answer.
I didn't know that the perfusion system was able to control the temperature as well, sounds interesting.
Anyway my approach is to control the temperature using a PT100 sensor and a PID controller.
I already asked in the workshop and they can made the chamber out of Stainless Steel, so I won't have
oxidizing/contamination problems.
