I've tested Johannes' fix on a Windows XP VM and it (with a small tweak) it works just fine over here. Thankfully, tclsh is included in our msysGit package, so it should work on just about any version of Windows. Have you had a chance to test it on your Windows 7 machine? (The more people with different hardware and software configurations we have testing these things, the more support we'll be able to offer!)

Please notice that I made a small commit on top of yours to fix some backslash escaping, so please be sure to pull before merging it.
