[OpenSPIM] Acquisition laser power/camera exposure/et cetera

Hey Pete,

When you get a moment, could you write back with the typical settings you use for the laser power and camera exposure when acquiring? We acquired some data recently which I'm having some trouble registering; I think the signal is too weak, and I wanted to get an idea of what you guys have been using. Also anything else you think might be relevant to getting a good image, or tips for registering data, would be much appreciated!
