[OpenSPIM] Imaging drosophila pupae

Dear Alessandro
We have imaged pupae held with glass capillaries, where they have air supply from the top. I guess it does not matter if the capillary is held from the top or bottom as long as it is open on the top. You can also try FEP tubes.
