[OpenSPIM] where to save Fiji

Hi Stephanie,

It is a good idea to put your Fiji installation (OpenSPIM or otherwise)
somewhere under C:\Users\You (where "You" is your username). This is
because with many Windows configurations, the OS will deny ImageJ write
access to its own directory structure when you place it into "C:\Program
Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)" or "C:\". And then the Updater won't be
able to update anything.

Regards,
Curtis
