[OpenSPIM] the size of the chamber

Hello,
Everyone.

This is Yan, a completely fresh man in the microscopy field.
I want to build a SPIM to observe the tissue in our lab. 

I need to get higher resolution image as required by my boss,
by changing the objective with higher NA, larger than 0.9.
So the size of the chamber should be changed to be suitable for such 
objective. 
Can anyone tell me the maximum size of the chamber,like 90mm, which would not affect
the XYZ-theta stage mounting(whose length to the sample is fixed)?
