Hi Zheng,
but the Quadro K4000 is much less powerful: half the number of CUDA units, less RAM, less memory bandwidth. Even a higher-end Geforce GTX card would be better if you are looking for raw power. The Quadro has a couple of special chip-features activated, but that's only important if you use 3D-CAD software or anything like that.
