Hi Gabriel,

Thank you all for the help, I could not find how to disable the C-states in my BIOS as my HP PC does not have that option, however, changing the Idle Power Savings seems to have done the trick and the camera is fully functional.

I was experiencing similar issues to you.

What seemed to work for me was installing a slightly older version of the drivers that I got from Andor. Here's the link:
