[OpenSPIM] Multiview Deconvolution CUDA dll

Howdy SPIMers,

I’ve spent the morning running our OpenSPIM number crunching machine through its paces and had to recompile the CUDA dll for multi view deconvolution to support our CUDA 6.5 only graphics cards.  It works very well with two Quadro K5200s.  If there is any interest I’d be happy to share-through which ever mechanism is best.

I didn’t change anything in the original source code, just recompiled/updated to support CUDA 6.5.  I’d like to look into taking advantage of the some of the new features in the CUDA Toolkit as of 6.5-for another time.
