[OpenSPIM] Picard hi-res stage

Hi Ulrik & Johannes,

I hope this is the screenshot you need. Not much in it though.

What I meant about two separate issues is that there is on one hand the  
32767 limit and on the other - the value 9000 which is hard-coded in  
several places as Johannes noted. (My programming skills are rusty these  
days, but from my undergrad times I remember that hard-coding constants  
into random places in code is not nice. :) )
