[OpenSPIM] Picard hi-res stage

Hi Ulrik,

did you have time to think about incorporating the HiRes stage? If not,  
I'd like to at least try tackle it myself, but I'll probably need a little  
help with that. So first question would be: are the links to the source  
code here the newest verion? :)
