In preparation for our meeting in close to one hour, I recompiled the
plugin just to make sure that it still compiles. Please find it attached.
The idea is to install a fresh Fiji, add the
http://sites.imagej.net/Micro-Manager-dev update site and then drop the
attached plugin into Fiji.app/mmplugins/.
The problematic code in question – which I cannot test with the demo
camera – is in the rotation axis calibration:

If I remember correctly, the idea is to have a bead sample, mark one bead
and let the plugin follow it while rotating, fitting the rotational axis
to the observed data.
