PAvel convinced me that a much better idea would be to support .avi files
because you can export them directly from even bare bones ImageJ 1.x.

Take home message: once you have something cool that looks nice as a
movie, just call File>Save As>AVI... in Fiji/ImageJ and upload it to the
wiki. You should then use it as an .ogv file in the wiki page (e.g. if you
upload Reconstructed.avi, you should use [[File:Reconstructed.ogv]].
