[OpenSPIM] Upgrading the SPIMAcquisition plugins

Oh, you are preaching to the choir. I never intended to deviate as far as
we do now, it just happened. And yes, I want to get this plugin back into
Micro-Manager as soon as I can verify that the current revision works. And
by "I", I mean Ulrik ;-)
 
So don't worry: I will submit this code to the Micro-Manager project as
soon as possible (I am in good contact with Mark and Chris, we had a mini
hackathon in Madison where we had to take care of different things than
getting OpenSPIM code merged, unfortunately).
