Hi Johannes & Luke,
Sorry for the late reply, it was a little bit hard to understand the instructions about
finding the "dead lock" since I am not a programming guy :-/. It is the first time
I do that.
I already look through the lines of the threaddump and I didn't find anything like
"dead lock detected between thread 2 and 17" so, is there something else
I could do in order to find a solution to this?
I will continue on monday, have a nice weekend and thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
Edgar

This looks like a dead lock to me. Could you please install a JDK 6, call
the included JVisualVM, attach to the Fiji (or ImageJ) proess and look at
the thread dump whether it says something along the lines "dead lock
detected between thread 2 and 17)?
If you find that information, posting this thread dump as a reply-to-all
of this mail would be incredibly helpful...
Thanks,
Johannes
