[OpenSPIM] new acquisition problem: writing to disk SOLVED!

Hi again,
In fact, loci-common was completely missing. I then looked at my update
sites, and for some reason only the ImageJ site was checked, the Fiji and
OpenSPIM ones were not. This is odd because I remember confirming that
they were active earlier, when I first installed everything. Checking them
and then updating has made writing to disk during acquisition work, so I am
delighted. I am also beginning to dimly sense the lesson that whenever
things don't work I should always double-check that everything is updated
correctly...
