When you run the installer, it asks you where you want to install the
development environment, defaulting to C:\OpenSPIM-dev-env. That is where
the msys.bat lives.

Okay, then our build system does not work... I will have to defer that to
Luke because I am too short on time, preparing for a one-week work trip.
