I fear we failed to provide a new installer after switching to 2010. The
problem is a chicken-and-egg one: the installer *does* get the newest
source code (including the script that verifies what is installed), but it
does so using a *previous* script (that does not know about 2010).

Could you just run the "msys.bat" again? It should have gotten the newest
version in the previous run and use that from now on.
