[OpenSPIM] Switching from DropBox to BitTorrent Sync

Hi all,

we are switching from the DropBox (which is very limiting) to a BitTorrent
Sync system:

	http://labs.bittorrent.com/experiments/sync.html

Basically, it is the same as DropBox except that files are only stored
locally (i.e. if no other participating computer is online, you'll not get
the latest updates), *and* you can have multiple "accounts" identified by
secret keys.
