The 5th annual meeting of the developer's workshop for light-sheet microscopy 
will meet for the first time in the USA at Zeiss headquarters in Thornwood, NY 
September 15-17th, 2013.  This workshop was started by developers of light-
sheet microscopes and will feature talks on instrument development, optical 
design, specimen preparation, 3D reconstruction software and applications for 
light-sheet microscopy.  If you are interested in learning about this new, 
emerging technology you are invited to attend.  Enrollment is limited and there
