my images/stacks acquired with the OpenSPIM plugin have suddenly started looking weird. I attached an example image (spim_TL00_Angle0.ome.tiff). If I do not define an output directory and save the image manually after acquisition, it looks normal (see attached

 SimpleOutput.tif).<br class="">

I have been told it could be a big-endian/little-endian problem (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endianness" class="">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endianness</a>).<br class="">

I haven’t found anything to adjust that turns them back to normal (not contrast/brightness, inversion,…).<br class="">

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?<br class="">
