<DIV>Hi Jamie,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Obtaining appropriate objectives for cleared samples can be problematic (e.g. Olympus will only sell theirs if you buy an Olympus confocal at present). They are also much more expensive than the typical OpenSPIM objectives.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are looking into having custom objectives made for imaging cleared samples with the diSPIM. If your optical requirements are similar enough we could join forces to order more of objectives and thus reduce the per-piece cost. Contact me off-list if you would consider this.</DIV>
