      building the SPIM microscope. <br>

      I see that the parts list contains a macbook which is meant run

      Windows, with the explanation that the driver s require windows

      but a mac is needed for the firewire.<br>

      Which hardware in the list requires firewire?<br>

      Also, are the archives search-able? I tried looking there, but I

      did not know how to search, and in a quick random search I did not

      get lucky.<br>
