<div>Hello Monika,</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>we’re currently working on making OpenSPIM into a simple MicroManager plugin so the whole custom MicroManager package is not needed anymore. </div>
<div>This will also solve your 64bit troubles. For the moment, I can provide you with a 64bit build based on MicroManager 1.4.18, which you can find at <a href="https://idisk-srv1.mpi-cbg.de/~gunther/OpenSPIM/mFiji.zip">https://idisk-srv1.mpi-cbg.de/~gunther/OpenSPIM/mFiji.zip</a>
</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>You’ll also need the OpenSPIM plugin, which you can find at <a href="https://idisk-srv1.mpi-cbg.de/~gunther/OpenSPIM/SPIMacquisition.jar">https://idisk-srv1.mpi-cbg.de/~gunther/OpenSPIM/SPIMacquisition.jar</a> - this has to be put in mmplugins/</div>
<div>Please also make sure you have the 1.8 version of the Java JRE installed.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>Let me know if that worked for you :-)</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>cheers,</div>

<div style="orphans: auto; text-align: start; widows: auto;">Now, to the topic. Are there any news regarding a possible 64bit version<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>of the package? Or alternatively, an instruction that one can follow to<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>install/build a 64bit version on one's own machine? For example by adding<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>the 64bit micro-manager .dll libraries manually?</div>

<div style="orphans: auto; text-align: start; widows: auto;">In the end I got the package running by using the ImageJ_win32 in<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>compatibility mode. However, the solution Luke proposed in one of his<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>emails - to put a java folder in the openspim.app folder - doesn't work<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>for me and I was forced to change the JAVA_HOME option to use the 32bit<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>java globally.
