Hi Luke,

It have been a couple of months since I have not touched the SPIM microscope. But now that I am working with it again
I found problems related to the TIScam (The Imaging Source camera). I am working with the updated version of the
OpenSPIM software and I cannot load the TIScam, an error window is opened (I attach an image). I try to configure
the TIScam using the latest version of Micromanager and the same error happened. The camera works well using
its own software (also the latest version). It looks the the problem is again related to the DLLs of the camera.

In the other hand I will start to write a program in LabVIEW for controlling the acquisition process of the OpenSPIM microscope
because this software is already available in the institute and all the devices; camera, laser, and stage can be controlled using
LabVIEW. I have an idea of how the acquisition process works, but it would be really nice if there is available a flux
diagram or an algorithm explaining the acquisition process.

Best regads,
