<br>We also experienced those problems when working with a 32-bit Fiji. To<br>
work around the limitations of 32-bit (where effectively only a fraction<br>
of your RAM is accessible due to only 31 bit being available to address<br>
it), we also installed a 64-bit Fiji from <a href="http://fiji.sc/">http://fiji.sc/</a>
and ran the<br>fusion there. Maybe that works for you, too?<br><br>
