Hi Aurelia,
Glancing at your old configuration file, the twister step size seems to be set to 1.8 -- however, a change to the Picard USB library has altered the correct value for the step size; now, rather than motor steps, the usual set-position command operates in degrees; that is, the correct step size is 1.0. Try changing your configuration to use this value instead and see if that helps.
